DO more of what makes you happy

My journey in the world of dance has been a kaleidoscope of diverse styles and cultures. From studying Modern Theatre Dance (Musical Jazz), Hip Hop and Flamenco to delving into tribal dances from around the world, my passion for movement has only grown stronger. However, when Zumba entered my life in 2017, this exhilarating fusion of fitness and dance captivated me like never before. The sheer joy that dance brings has fueled my desire to share this love with others who possess the same fire within.

I am particularly drawn to fusion dance styles that harmoniously blend Latin and Flamenco, with Jazz and commercial influences. The pulsating rhythms, passionate energy, and expressive styles of these dance forms create a rich tapestry of movement that never ceases to amaze and inspire. I embrace the opportunity to experiment with these diverse styles, weaving together threads from different cultures to craft a truly unique dance experience.

In my dance classes, everyone is welcome and included. I firmly believe that dance is an expression of our inner rhythm and unique personality. So, regardless of age, background, or experience, I strive to create an environment that encourages self-expression and embraces the sheer pleasure of moving to music. Witnessing the happiness radiating from people when they discover the joy of dance is immensely rewarding.

Yet, dance is not the sole cornerstone of my passions. Acting and performing arts have also played significant roles in shaping who I am. Just as design breathes life into dance, it has become an integral part of my artistic expression. My love for acting has broadened my understanding of storytelling through movement, allowing me to infuse depth and meaning into my choreographies.

Since 2023 I have been also introduced to the aquatics world with Aqua Exercise and Aqua Zumba become an essential part of my weekly professional activity.

On a personal note, my family mirrors our colorful and multicultural world. Within our home, English, Greek, French, Romanian, and Italian are spoken, creating a vibrant tapestry of languages and cultures. We are a little "Babylon" fueled by a wealth of love, understanding and acceptance.
